Pension Education is sorely needed

Our findings show that employees do not know enough about their pension plans.  They receive the booklet when they are hired, but often put it away and forget to review it.  When thinking about retirement, out comes the booklet, and often times it's too late to make some choices available to them.  The new book highlights these choices, suggests when to make them, and also ties into retirement and estate planning.
